The club was completely full over the Holiday weekend and a great time was had by all. New friends and new memories were made along the way. While July is booking up fast there is still availability for August and even the Labor Day weekend. Our new web site is now completely functional and booking online is easier than ever. We are the best value on the island.

Starting Momday May 24th, we will be painting the exterior of around half of the units along with some stucco repair and other minor repairs. The work will come to a halt over the Memorial day weekend and then resume. This phase of our improvement project will be complete prior to July 1st. Our guests should not experience any inconveniences during this project. Along with the improvements already made, this project and future planned projects we plan on making Mustang Island Beach Club a top notch property. Along with being a great rental value this is also a great time to consider ownership. There are currently several units for sale at below market price. Please contact a local real estate agent if interested.
There is currently no effect from the oil well leak in the gulf on our beaches and none is expected. The fishing is heating up with the warm weather and the beach is delightful.
