Rental Policies |
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will require
full payment at time of reservation. Reservations made more than 30 days
of arrival will require a 25% deposit.
- 2 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL.
- The minimum age to reserve and register for this property is 25 years of age. This person must occupy the property for the full length of the reservation.
- Check-in time is 4:00 - 5:00 P.M. Guests arriving later may call our offices to arrange for late check-in. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Guests may be granted a later check-out time by management when possible by calling our office. Guests occupying the property after the agreed check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges up to an additional one (1) day rental.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- CANCELLATIONS:
SHORT TERM RENTALS: Guests needing to cancel more than 14 days from arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days from arrival will lose their deposit. We will make every effort to rent the unit on short cancellation notice and if we do will gladly refund the deposit amount less the $50 fee.
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 Days or more): Cancellations received more than 45 days in advance will have their deposit refunded less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations received less than 45 days will forfeit their deposit.
- Pets are allowed on property for a fee of $15/day per pet. Only two pets are allowed and both must be well behaved and current on state required shots.
- Management reserves the right to enter the property at any time for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance.
- Credit/Debit card used for reservation must be presented at check in.
- Damage to the unit or contents other than normal wear and tear will be at the tenants expense.
- There is no daily maid service during your stay. If you have a need please contact the office.

Pet Policies

- Subject to the condo owner's approval, 2 dogs can be approved by Mustang Island Beach Club's representative.
- Please keep your pet on a leash at all times while outside on the property.
- Pets are not allowed in pool area.
- Excess barking leading to complaints of neighbors could result in you being asked to depart, with no adjustments to your bill.
- Your pet must have been bathed to prevent fleas. If fleas are found in the condo after your departure a $100.00 pest extermination charge will be made to your credit card.

YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF YOUR PET'S CURRENT VACCINATIONS such as:
- Rabies Shot (required by Texas Law)
- Distemper Shot
- Bordetella Shot (Kennel cough)
